AAZ Performance launched in Beauvais with the same range of services it still represents today — a commando spirit serving agricultural machinery stakeholders from day one.
- 2011
First 100 m² premises in Beauvais to welcome the first team members.
- 2014
AAZ Ireland subsidiary created. Land of rugby — and more: always getting closer to our customers.
- 2015
AAZ established in western France, in Allonnes (49).
- 2016
Extending a transitional presence and building infrastructure to support growth with a fully modular, evolving facility.
- 2017
AAZ Senegal
AAZ Senegal created — strengthening longstanding ties with the country and fulfilling a dream for Julien the African ;-)
- 2018
AAZ France Nord created. Strengthening our historical roots in the Beauvaisis region.
- 2019
Fabre acquisition — precision engineering. A century-old company with complementary skills; integrating this capacity into AAZ Union to boost responsiveness.
- 2020
Allonnes site extension. Sheet metal workshop and second machining shop: better working conditions, stronger quality and responsiveness processes.
- 2021
Rapid created — the group's sourcing and logistics activity. With growing flows, structuring and professionalising became essential. Goal: agility & sustainability. AAZ identity evolved for unified communication and to share the vision of an integrated, modular offering.
- 2022
AAZ France South-East created. Closer to south-east clients with a mobile physical presence.
- 2023
Acquisition of M. PAUTRAT's specialised armouring activity — still strengthening skills complementary to our businesses.
- 2024
First agricultural machinery reconditioning clients. A chance to deploy all our trades and offer a circular economy solution for agricultural, civil engineering, road, forestry and transport machinery markets.
- 2025
BG Concept integrated. Strengthening design and mechanical engineering capability.
- 2026
New identity to reinforce communication on AAZ's overall proposition. Clearer messaging and stronger internal culture. New signature: « One collective, many solutions. »
