Recently, our technician Jérémy embodied our values perfectly by traveling to Guinea for a training mission.
The goal? To share his technical expertise, support the local teams, and ensure that the training is sustainable. To foster autonomy rather than dependence.
A strong emphasis on practical application 🛠️
AAZ trainers are first and foremost technicians, and this is something participants greatly appreciate. They exchange ideas with their peers and share their experiences. While theory is covered, it gives way to a crucial practical component to solidify the learning.
🛠️ Much more than training: pure knowledge transfer
For us, the technician’s role goes far beyond repairing or delivering a machine. Being an “Aazien” means being a facilitator of skills:
The Audacity to Go For It: Not being afraid of complexity, distances, or logistical challenges. When a client has a need, the commando team is there.
The Generosity of Sharing: Giving your time and energy to help others grow, without expecting anything in return.
Human Connection: Creating strong and supportive relationships, whether in the workshop or thousands of kilometers away.
Beyond the technical aspects of the “order,” the knowledge transfer almost always extends to related best practices, such as workshop organization.
These trips are key moments in the lives of Aaziens, a true rite of passage. An intervention that reflects our living laboratory: human, efficient, and resolutely field-oriented. A huge congratulations to Jérémy for this brilliantly executed mission! 👏
